Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional beauty services within your area of expertise
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a luxury client experience
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communication
- Promote your services through social media and professional networking
- Collaborate with fellow beauty professionals to create a positive salon culture
- Follow all state licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Current Kansas license in your specialty (Cosmetology, Barbering, Nail Technology, Esthetics, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Existing clientele preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to creating a positive salon environment
