Skill Summary:
· 5-8 Years of Warehouse Operations Management experience
· Looking for a candidate with a track record of leading teams effectively. This includes the ability to inspire and motivate team members, make strategic decisions, and navigate complex situations.
· The ideal candidate should have experience in managing projects, budgets, and resources. They should be adept at setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring that objectives are met efficiently.
· Effective organizational abilities are crucial. The candidate should be adept at planning, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that all aspects of a project or job are on track.
· Attention to Detail: Even when working quickly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and thoroughness is important to ensure that work is done correctly and efficiently.
· Familiarity with various WMS and TMS systems.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics. Conduct quantitative root cause analysis to implement necessary solutions.
· Hands-on management approach that shares responsibilities to ensure the customer is served.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
· Implement and enforce procedures for managing inventory, handling freight, processing returns, and coordinating shipping.
· With the assistance of your team track freight shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
· Manage the returns process, including inspecting returned goods, restocking items, and handling any associated paperwork.
· Develop and implement procedures to minimize return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
· Utilizing detailed action reports that analyze performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
· Work with the inventory team and maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory integrity and daily operations
· Plan for the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and space, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
· Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address any issues that may impact warehouse operations.
· Ensure a safe working environment is maintained, and that safety policies and procedures are followed.
· Directly supervises the activities of the warehouse personnel. As well as confers with both HR and management regarding the hiring, training and termination processes.
· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
