Big Sky Pet Center is a busy, privately owned, small animal Veterinary practice located on Billings Westend off of the Zoo Drive Exit. We are currently seeking qualified a individual with a positive, outgoing attitude to fill an available position as a veterinary receptionist. This individual will work 2 to 3 days per week from 7:00am- 5:30pm. No weekends.
We are an established, well-equipped, modern facility with a dedicated professional staff that prides itself on delivering the highest standard of care to our patients and clients alike. Loving animals is easy but loving people can be difficult at times. Due to this, applicants must be empathetic, patient, and enjoy working with and educating clients.
We are seeking a well-rounded individual that works well with team members. Understanding that handling difficult situations with extra care and concern is important to our team. Receptionists play a key role in the client experience – they are the first face that a client sees when they enter the building and often the last person they interact with once they leave.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, compassionate, and skilled in providing outstanding customer service. Good communication skills, understanding the value of teamwork, and a strong work ethic are a necessity.
Pay is competitive and depends on experience.
