Home & Hearth Remodeling and Restoration, Inc. in West Springfield is looking to expand the team with motivated self-starters. We specialize in residential and light commercial remodeling including additions, kitchens, baths, decks, painting, repairs, garages, windows, property management and some siding and roofing.
We have an immediate need for an expert remodeler.
Candidate must have:
- High school diploma
- Reliable appropriate, transportation (truck or van, with rack, ideally)
- Smart phone capable of running a timecard app and basic email, texting skills
- Basic construction tools essential to this work
- The heart of a craftsman, an eye for detail, and a desire for continuous improvement learning
- A comfort working solo as well as in teams
- Ideally, experience and talent with at least several of the following: hanging, taping and sanding drywall, installing cabinetry and trim, tiling, basic framing, demolition, painting, window installation, siding, etc. (Some electrical and plumbing ability also useful.)

We offer 7 paid holidays, paid training, paid time off, a flexible schedule (work NOT required on weekends), hourly pay $20-35/hr depending on qualifications, mileage reimbursement, and a monthly tool allowance. Please note that we require a background check on all new hires.
