Job Overview:
Prosegur Security is seeking a professional and customer service–focused Unarmed
Security Officer. This role emphasizes physical patrol duties, gate and access control, and
providing a safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Officers must demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional
appearance by adhering to company grooming and uniform standards (e.g., shirts tucked,
neat attire, no visible undershirts).
Shift Schedule(s): 2 Openings
- Saturday/Sunday (6am – 2pm) & Monday - Tuesday (2pm – 10pm)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to identify and deter safety hazards,
security risks, and unauthorized access.
- Manage access control points, including gate operations and badge checks, to
ensure authorized entry.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety hazards promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors with
professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow established site and company procedures, complying with all client and
company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies, disturbances, and client requests.
- Collaborate with the security team and site management to maintain a safe and
secure environment.
- Consistently maintain a clean, professional appearance and grooming standards.
