A Member Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of payment and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashiers’ checks. Opens new member accounts and processes all new member products and services. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Member Service Representatives with a variety of duties as required.
Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
