What You'll Do as a Verizon Wireless Associate:
- Generate leads and engage with prospective customers to introduce telecommunications products and services
- Generate new sales opportunities through direct customer interactions
- Conduct presentations and explain service options in a clear, professional manner
- Build strong customer relationships that support long-term satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Learn and apply proven sales strategies to acquire new customers
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-up opportunities
- Attend daily meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training programs
- Work closely with leadership and experienced sales professionals to improve performance
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications for the Verizon Wireless Associate position:
- Prior Verizon Wireless Associate experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation for local customer-facing activities
