WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a face-to-face role in your local community. You will create opportunities and open doors for homeowners to explore solar.
- Engage homeowners daily to spark interest and qualify opportunities
- Set appointments for Solar Solutions Consultants
- Track activity and improve your approach through daily feedback
- Train in the field with leaders who hold a high standard
Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First 90 Days: $5,000-$8,000 per month
Consistent Reps: $6,500-$10,000+ per month
Top Performers: $100,000+ annually
Leadership Path: SDR - Team Lead - Director in Training - Director
