Job Summary:
Looking for an energetic, loyal driven, motivated person! Someone who wants to make big money! Someone who wants to stay with a company and make consistent money for a long period of time. This is an amazing opportunity to make unlimited money. This position you will do direct selling of retail energy services, you will conduct interviews and assist with hiring process and training of new team members and manage a team of 5 to 15 team members.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish This is mandatory based upon the market we work in.
- Must be able to pass drug test and criminal background check
- Must have transpiration to travel within the greater Houston area as we have 12 different store locations
- Must have experience in direct sales and managing others
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
Duties:
- Make personal sales daily (Lead by example)
- Participate in hiring, (Recruiting, Interviews, Onboarding, and training of new team members
- Manage day to day operations of 5-10 team members
- Communicate with upper leadership
Pay:
- Hourly Pay $450-$500 weekly base pay
- Unlimited commissions on all personal sales
- Override commissions of each sale produced from anyone on your team
*This position is 1099 so keep in mind you will keep all your money without tax withholding. This is a huge advantage. in this position within 6 months if you follow our training and leadership, you will be making more thank $2,000 weekly and possible for much more.
Schedule
- This is full time position 40 hours weekly
- We work 10:30am to 7:30 pm and 10am to 7pm on weekends
- Everyone works five days with two days off the days off are rotated
- We Do Not offer Part-Time
