Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-family or commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multi-family construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
