What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily prep work to support food production for all kitchen stations
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and menu components according to standardized recipes
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper food safety practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and store management
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
