Guam Temps, Inc. is seeking to hire Security Guards for our client based in Hagatna, GU. This position will provide security services for the property while assisting the Facilities Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager in assigned projects.
Job Duties:
- Maintain security at entry and exit points of building and parking lots
- Oversee smooth flow of traffic in parking areas
- Enforcement of parking assignments and regulations
- Complete scheduled checks of identified offices and properties
- Complete vehicle and foot patrols of facilities and parking lots
- Greet and provide directional information to building guests
- Provide necessary security escorts
- Maintain accurate and up to date security logs
- Report to emergency calls and alert the necessary authorities (lockdowns in cases of bomb threat or natural disasters)
- Monitor emergency alarm systems and investigate when needed
- Comply with laws, OSHA and fire regulations, and company policies
Qualifications and or Requirements:
- Valid Guam Drivers License
- Highschool Diploma and/or GED
- Ability to pass a background check to include a mandatory drug-screening
- Must be a current Guam resident
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: From $10.50 per hour
