What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a casual dining or similar environment
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced kitchen and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in pizza making
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to Sokolata’s high standards
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen
- Assisting with prep work, inventory, and closing duties
- Working closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
