Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Manage food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures throughout each shift
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning of the pantry/pastry area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or working in quick service & fast-food restaurants is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Experience in kitchen operations or retail environments like grocery stores or cafes is a plus
