Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Admin Support: Assist our inside sales team with daily administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and help prepare sales documentation, quotes, and proposals
- CRM & Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM
- Order Management: Process customer orders, track fulfillment status, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Customer Care: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on orders, shipments, and account details
- Reporting: Generate routine sales reports to help the team track performance and metrics
Qualifications
What You Need (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
- Basic computer proficiency, including proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an administrative role
