Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing guest services, performing night audits, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and communicate with guests and staff.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits.
- Assist in maintaining security protocols for the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in night audit or similar roles within hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage financial records accurately.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks as needed and adapt to changing situations.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
