Beauty Craft is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Boise market.
We are looking for someone who loves the professional beauty industry, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven ability to grow business and develop strong salon partnerships.

The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional sales position. You’ll be responsible for developing new salon business, growing existing accounts, introducing innovative brands and programs, and becoming a trusted business partner to salon owners and stylists.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
- Experienced in sales, preferably within the professional beauty industry
- Strong at building relationships and developing new business
- Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities
- Organized, energetic, and entrepreneurial
- Excited by the opportunity to grow their income as they grow the territory
Compensation: Starting base salary of approximately $65,000, depending on experience, with additional uncapped commission and incentives. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher starting base.
