Position: CNC Machine Operator (Mills / Lathes / Manual Machines / Saws / Drills)
Location: Near Plymouth, MN
Pay: $23–$28/hr. (DOE) + Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus depending on shift/position.**
Type: Direct Hire
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM (Mon–Thurs)
What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC milling and turning centers, as well as manual machinery (mills, lathes, drills, saws, etc.)
- Perform routine machining operations to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality
- Use hand and power tools for setup and inspection
- Work collaboratively in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of CNC or manual machining experience (school or work)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and measurements
- Machining coursework or certificate is a plus (Perfect for recent grads!)
Displays a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
