Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, and social skills
- Manage classroom activities, including lesson planning, play-based learning, and physical activity
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong partnerships
- Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation among children
- Maintain detailed records of child attendance and classroom activities in compliance with childcare standards
- Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of child welfare concerns promptly and appropriately
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, including toddler care and early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, childhood development instruction, and classroom management strategies
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
- Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
