We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate or Partner-Level Corporate Attorney with experience in general corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
Advise clients on general corporate governance, entity formation, and ongoing operational matters
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related transactional documents
Support due diligence processes and manage deal execution from start to finish
Collaborate with clients on strategic business decisions and growth initiatives
For partner-level candidates: drive client development and expand firm relationships
Qualifications:
4+ years of corporate law experience, including M&A and general business transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
Experience working with privately held companies and/or middle-market transactions preferred
Portable book of business required for partner-level candidates
JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission

Competitive compensation based on experience and level
Associate compensation is lockstep based: approximately $175K starting, up to ~$225K by senior associate level
Bonus structure includes:
~15% origination credit
Productivity bonus for hours billed above 1,800
Additional profit-sharing opportunities tied to overall performance
Partner-level compensation tied to origination and collections, with strong percentage-based incentives

Hybrid flexibility (up to 4 remote days per week, depending on role and practice needs
