About the Role
The Associate Project Manager (APM) plays an integral role within our Project Management team, as they are responsible for supporting the project execution under the Project Manager’s direction. A Springpoint Project Manager oversees multiple development and construction projects within a designated region and ensures delivery of high-quality service to our clients from pre-construction through close-out.
This role is remote, but may require some client site visits.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage project budgets and cost forecasts with Project Manager.
- Effectively analyze, negotiate, and execute contracts.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and engineering schematics.
- Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and contractors.
- Assist with constant communication with entire project OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) team and all consultants. Research and suggest products when appropriate for OAC team.
- Visit site at least weekly to review project status, resolve issues, and coordinate with the General Contractor and team.
- Coordinate and attend design and construction meetings, compose meeting minutes.
- Review and process billing from consultants and contractors.
- Review and process change order requests.
- Develop and maintain project schedule(s).
- Review construction progress and quality on-site.
- Maintain electronic job folder per Company protocol.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, or other PM Software
- Working knowledge of cost control, budgeting, contracts, bill and forecasting
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with PMWeb, Bluebeam, Procore, Plangrid and other similar software is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
