About the Role
We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and reliable Infant Toddler Educator to join our childcare team full-time. In this role, you'll create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years, supporting their early growth through responsive, individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for infants and toddlers throughout the day, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with licensing standards
- Track and communicate each child's developmental milestones and daily routines to families
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their parents/guardians
- Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including sanitation and emergency procedures
- Maintain required documentation, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential or completed degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and patience
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
