What You'll Own:

Own and oversee all daily accounting and financial operating functions
-
Lead the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and financial reporting

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements and operational performance metrics

Identify trends, explain financial variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger

Evaluate processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

Process payroll accurately and timely through Paychex
-
Administer employee benefits and 401(k) programs
-
Ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements and benefits-related filings
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
-
Partner with operational leaders on business decisions, reporting, and growth initiatives
-
Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as the company expands
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, leadership experienced is preferred

Strong experience with financial reporting and month-end close
-
Payroll and benefits administration experience required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
