Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
- Manage guest relations by addressing needs promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales revenue
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and guest relations is advantageous
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality environment
