Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our organization's technology operations and long-term IT strategy. The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of information technology, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware and software management, network administration, vendor relationships, IT budgeting, and technical support.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills who can align technology initiatives with business goals while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage daily IT operations, including servers, networks, cloud services, and business applications.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery planning, and data backup procedures.
- Manage IT budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT team.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide technical leadership for system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical technical issues.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee user account management, access controls, and system permissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Azure or AWS
- Networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, Switches)
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Cloud technologies
- Experience managing IT projects and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
