As an Account Representative, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting our agency's day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with clients, insurance company underwriters, and fellow team members to ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, timely, and friendly service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agency clients and insurance company underwriters.
- Support the service needs of clients by processing policy changes and endorsements.
- Answer client questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, and policy changes.
- Assist clients with reporting claims and losses.
- Efficiently navigate insurance company websites and the agency management system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding client experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- General knowledge of insurance, billing, underwriting, and claims is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
