Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Processionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate activities to engage and educate children
- Provide basic care and supervision for children
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Follow diapering and potty training hygiene regimen and schedule
- Monitor and manage children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Experience working with toddlers and young children
- Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
Starting Pay:
Full Time Leads start at $20/hr
Full Time Aides start at $16/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
