Verizon Team Member Responsibilities
- Greet customers and start sales conversations about their wireless needs
- Demonstrate smartphones, tablets, and devices to support sales decisions
- Educate customers on 5G plans, home internet, and service options to drive sales
- Guide customers through upgrades, activations, and new sales transactions
- Process trade-ins and promotions to support additional sales opportunities
- Track personal sales goals and daily performance
- Deliver strong customer service while focusing on sales growth
