Property Damage Inspector (Roof, Siding & Water Intrusion Inspection)

SCOPE OF WORK
- Perform a complete inspection of the garage siding, including damaged areas, exposed framing, sheathing, rot, water damage, and structural deterioration.
- Inspect the garage roof and covered porch roof for missing or damaged roofing materials, flashing issues, soft spots, decking condition, and signs of active or previous water intrusion.
- Inspect the leaking first-floor window, surrounding wall cavity, and adjacent areas to determine the source of water intrusion and check for moisture damage, mold, insulation damage, or framing deterioration.
- Provide a detailed inspection report including photos of all findings, recommendations on the root cause of the leak, and an estimated scope of work required for permanent repairs.
JOB DETAILS
- One-time inspection located in Lancaster, NH 03584.
- Inspector must document all findings with clear before and during inspection photos.
- Written recommendations identifying the cause of the damage and required repairs must be submitted upon completion.
- Point of contact and scheduling information will be provided after hiring.
- If the client moves forward with the recommended repairs, there may be additional paid work available for the selected contractor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
PAY
$100.00 Flat Rate
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
