Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced all-around construction professional with strong skills in drywall, flooring, tile work, framing, and general carpentry. This position requires hands-on skill, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to deliver professional-grade results with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drywall hanging, finishing, patching, and texture matching at a professional level
- Perform subfloor prep, underlayment, and installation of laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), and tile flooring
- Layout and install showers, backsplashes, and other tile work with precision
- Frame walls, decks, and structural elements per code and project specifications
- Assist in general remodeling tasks: trim work, painting, light demo, minor plumbing, etc.
- Maintain job-site cleanliness and communicate effectively with project leads and clients
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards for professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience (preferably residential remodeling or new construction)
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and current building codes
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and with a small crew
- Must have professional work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Own basic hand tools (company provides larger equipment as needed)
