Property Manager – Sales & Maintenance Focus

Kabredlo’s Property Management is hiring a hands-on Property Manager for a 200+ unit apartment community in Lincoln. This position focuses heavily on leasing apartments and maintaining the property. You will personally handle sales leads, apartment tours, follow-ups, applications, and lease signings while helping keep the apartments, hallways, and grounds clean and well-maintained.
Pay & Benefits
This position starts at $60,000 per year based on relevant experience. We also offer monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Respond to leads, market available apartments, and follow up with prospective residents
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours while explaining pricing, specials, and qualifications
- Assist applicants through approval, lease signing, and move-in
- Build relationships with prospects and work toward leasing and occupancy goals
- Maintain the properties by cleaning curbs, hallways, common areas, and other areas as needed
- Assist with pest-control preparation, treatments, and follow-up
- Walk the properties regularly to identify and fix maintenance concerns while maintaining strong curb appeal
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience required
- Property management or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Willing to clean, perform basic maintenance, and assist with pest control
- Organized, proactive, dependable, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic computer skills; marketing or social media experience is a plus
