As we continue to expand—now opening our first office in Jersey City and planning growth into other markets—we are looking to grow our recruiting team to support this exciting phase.
Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Hours: 40/week
Location: Jersey City, NJ (potential for remote)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support multiple offices and our aggressive growth plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
- Plan and implement a Recruiting Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants who align with our values-driven culture.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, professional networks, and creative outreach methods.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements (e.g., strong communication skills, empathy, passion for helping people, and growth mindset).
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions, particularly Financial Advisor roles.
- Maintain daily recruiting requirements and metrics.
- Prepare weekly reports on tasks completed or in progress for the executive team.
- Coordinate closely with leadership to ensure we consistently meet our staffing needs as we scale.
