POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavior Analyst Coordinator provides behavior analytic consultation, coaching, and direct support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities across local school districts. The coordinator works collaboratively with educational teams to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate behavior intervention programming designed to increase student independence, engagement, communication, adaptive functioning, and access to the least restrictive educational environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications: Current certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required.

Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a closely related field required.

Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities in educational and/or clinical settings.

Knowledge of behavioral principles, positive behavioral supports, functional behavior assessment processes, and evidence-based interventions.

Experienced training, coaching, and supporting school personnel and paraprofessionals preferred.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and local school districts.
REPORTS TO: Assistant Superintendent/ Director of Special Education
SALARY: Commensurate upon experience
Salary figures are based on the 2025–2026 academic calendar. Please note that the 2026–2027 salary scale is being finalized pending Board of Directors approval.
