We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented patient experience coordinator to be the heart of our front desk. You’ll welcome clients, manage scheduling and payments, assist with social media marketing, and keep our space running smoothly. Your role helps create an experience that’s warm, seamless, and elevated. If you have a background in hospitality, wellness, or client service—and you’re calm, tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and into all things beauty and design—we’d love to meet you.
