Skyway Group, Inc. (SG), a sister company of Hi-Tech Interiors, Inc., is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team full-time. We offer a laid-back, family-oriented, Christian office environment where your contributions directly impact our project success.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our project administration, working hand-in-hand with our President and Project Managers to keep operations running smoothly.
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Full Job Description: Skyway Group, Inc. is a local construction management firm seeking a full-time Project Assistant. This role provides critical support to our President and Project Managers by handling the administrative and financial setup of our projects.
Key Duties:
- Perform project setup, contract handling, and change order processing in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate.
- General accounting duties and administrative support.
- Answering multi-line phone systems (5 lines).
- Maintaining a professional and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have prior experience or education in Construction and Accounting.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a \"Drug-Free Workplace.\"
