We have various PT openings and limited FT openings, including asleep overnight positions. We are looking for people who are caring and have a passion for taking care of others. Ideal candidates need to be comfortable with assisting individuals with ADL's and all other areas of need.

Starting Wage is $17, $20 an hour during specific hours at all houses (Fridays 3pm-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am-11pm)
Specific houses have wage differentials ranging from an additional $3-4.75/hour during awake hours. (Open positions at these houses are not guaranteed)
Asleep Overnight positions paid at $11.41/hour during sleep times.
Company vehicle provided during shift.

PFF provides residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities living in residential and community settings. Employees provide supervision, teach basic living skills, and transport clients to community activities. All training provided. Valid driver's license required and must be approved by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier; Must be 18 years of age and pass a MN Criminal Background Study.
Applicants need to have good judgement and exceptional abilities providing therapeutic guidance to the individuals served while promoting independence in their lives and in the community. Applicant must also be able to work independently with limited supervision.
