$42.00 – $50.00/hr Base + Night/Weekend Premium Pay + Overtime
Care Security Systems is urgently hiring a high-level field lead / foreman to run demanding enterprise security projects throughout New York City.
This is not an entry-level installer position and not a basic cable-pulling role.
We need a technician who can walk onto active sites, coordinate with project management, direct field manpower, solve technical issues in real time, and keep projects moving in fast-paced client environments.
Our current work includes major healthcare, corporate, and multi-site enterprise accounts where professionalism, speed, and ownership matter every day.

This Role Requires Someone Who Can Independently Handle:
- Enterprise access control panel and field device installation
- CCTV camera/device tie-ins and field troubleshooting
- Mercury panel/controller terminations
- Bosch alarm programming and troubleshooting
- Aiphone IX intercom programming and setup
- Alarm/access control interconnect setup
- Reading plans, coordinating head-end requirements, and solving field changes
- Directing and managing helper technicians/junior installers
- Working between multiple active sites across the 5 boroughs
Much of this work is in high-demand client environments where communication, cleanliness, speed, and professionalism are critical.

You Will Be Expected To:
- Lead crews of technicians in the field
- Serve as the primary on-site technical decision maker
- Coordinate directly with PMs and client representatives
- Keep installations organized, documented, and moving efficiently
- Personally handle difficult troubleshooting without waiting for handholding
- Maintain strong standards of workmanship and technician accountability
- Adapt to changing schedules and occasional after-hours deployments

The Right Candidate Likely Has:
- 4+ years commercial low-voltage/security systems experience
- 2+ years as a lead technician, foreman, or crew leader
- Strong access control/CCTV background in enterprise environments
- Hands-on Bosch intrusion knowledge
- Hands-on Aiphone IX knowledge (or similar advanced intercom platforms)
- Strong understanding of device terminations, relays, door hardware, reader wiring, lock integration, and head-end coordination
- Working networking knowledge (PoE switches, IP addressing, connectivity)
- Ability to travel throughout NYC without issue

Base Pay: $42.00 – $50.00/hr depending on capability
