Position Purpose
Assemble aerospace components in a timely and high quality manner with little or no supervision.

- Accurately read blue prints
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to use measuring tapes, and other hand and machining tools
- Must possess 20/20 corrected vision, able to pass color vision test and hearing test.
- Must possess sufficient manual dexterity in order to accomplish necessary tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
- Able to work alternate shifts and overtime as required.
- Able to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble components of all Dart products using standard aircraft methods and hardware techniques.
- Read, analyze and fully understand individual part, sub-assembly and full assembly drawings to fully assemble a complete Dart system.
- Use acquired hands-on experience in hydraulics, mechanics and electrical wiring.
- Fully understand the hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical operation of all Dart systems.
- Work well with others to learn and solve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationship with team.
- Make suggestions regarding the manufacturability of new products by fully understanding basic manufacturing processes and possessing a common-sense approach to improve the manufacturing process of specific designs.
- Adhere to Dart's Vision, Mission and Values as well as policies and procedures.
- All other duties assigned
Special Position Requirements
Periodic travel may be required. Ability to receive a passport is required.
Preferences
5+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing
IPC 620 experience
