Job Description:
As a Marketing Data Scientist, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic growth. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance to drive ROI.
- Analyze Marketing Performance: Develop models to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and channel attribution.
- Customer Insights: Segment audiences and perform churn analysis to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Predictive Modeling: Build and deploy machine learning models to forecast market trends and consumer demand.
- Data Visualization: Create automated dashboards to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to optimize website conversions and email marketing strategies.
Primary Skills (Core): Proficiency in Python or R, advanced SQL for data extraction, and statistical modeling (regression, clustering, and propensity scoring).
Secondary Skills (Support): Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), knowledge of Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, and strong "data storytelling" to explain technical findings to non-technical marketing teams.
