In this role, you will working as an Architectural Drafter for a client that works in commercial and residential architecture. This position will be responsible for utilizing AutoCAD for architectural layouts, floor plans, and wall sections for commercial and residential construction projects.
This position is a contract, but could get extended to long-term direct hire as well.
Pay $30-45/Hour range.
** Work is remote, but you must have own Licensed seat of AUTOCAD**
Requirements
- AA degree or 2+ years experience with Architectural Drafting
- AutoCAD experience, required with own licensed copy
- REVIT is a plus / preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architecture
- California buidling codes
