We strive to offer our guests a fun, safe and unique vertical experience. When coming to one of our HAPIK centers, our customers have access to a wide range of fun climbing walls and challenges fully secured through auto belays as well as high rope courses .

We are looking for team members for our Texas location (Firewheel, Garland).
Job description & key responsibilities
The Team Member will work directly with Guests, ensuring a great experience while enforcing HAPIK safety standards.
All Team Members may be assigned duties in one or more area at the park at management discretion.
- Reception and snacking area.
- Orientation briefing and equipment.
- Climbing zone supervision.
- Parties and events host.
General responsibilities for all positions include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a safe environment.
- Providing a great customer experience.
- Maintaining a clean environment.
- Developing Park sales.
- Delivering efficient day to day operations.
- Creating a strong team culture.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.
- Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
