Evening Memory Care Caregiver / CNA (Full-Time or PRN)

The Springs at Whitefish is currently hiring Caregivers for evening shifts in our Memory Care. This position is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and is a great opportunity for compassionate, dependable caregivers who enjoy supporting older adults in a meaningful, team-focused environment.

Evening Shift 2 pm - 10 pm
What you'll do:
As a Caregiver or CNA, you’ll help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate daily support. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility support, and personal care

Providing companionship, encouragement, patience, and emotional support

Responding promptly to resident calls for assistance

Supporting meal service and light housekeeping tasks
-
Working collaboratively with caregivers, med techs, nursing staff, and other departments to meet resident needs

Observing changes and communicating resident updates with the care team
-
Friendly, dependable, and compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others

Strong teamwork and communication skills
-
Flexible, observant, and reliable work ethic

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
