CDF Distributors is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate – Wood Door Staining to join our growing team in Gallatin, TN.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay
Starting at $18.00/hour
What You'll Do
- Prepare wood doors for staining by sanding, cleaning, and conditioning surfaces
- Apply stains and finishes to achieve a consistent, high-quality appearance
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Assist with moving and handling wood doors throughout the finishing process
What We're Looking For
- Experience with woodworking, wood finishing, staining, painting, cabinetry, furniture finishing, or similar production work
- Experience using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of woodworking experience
- 1+ year of hand tool experience
- Experience staining wood doors, cabinets, furniture, or millwork
- Knowledge of stains, finishes, and wood types
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
