Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with product returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Process payments using various methods (cash, credit cards, mobile payments)
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to sell products and services to meet sales targets
- Previous experience in retail sales, specifically in jewelry, wireless, or electronics sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of product features and ability to conduct product demos is an advantage
- Time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to climb ladders
