We are seeking an experienced and dependable AM Line Cook to join our team for morning and afternoon service.
This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional member dining experiences while supporting golf outings, weddings, banquets, and special events.
This is not a production-line kitchen or a place where you're simply filling a position on the schedule. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their station, works with urgency and attention to detail, and takes pride in the food they serve.

Responsibilities

Execute menu items according to recipe, presentation, and quality standards.

Operate grill and hot line stations during lunch service and special events.

Prepare and stock stations for service.

Assist with banquet and event production as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.

Support fellow team members to ensure efficient and successful service execution.
Qualifications

Minimum two years of line cook experience.

Grill, saut, or banquet experience strongly preferred.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Evening, weekend, and event availability required.
