Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support Teltrium’s financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and contract financial management activities. The ideal candidate will help prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial reports, analyze financial data, support cost analysis, and provide insights that help leadership and program managers make data-backed decisions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and financial modeling, and an interest in supporting mission-driven work across NASA and federal space programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial performance tracking across NASA and federal space programs.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, financial reports, and related financial data
- Track contract funding, burn rates, and overall financial health.
- Partner with program managers and cross-functional teams to support data-backed decisions.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and contract requirements.
- Assist with financial modeling and analysis to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support timely reporting to leadership.
- Support special projects and other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of financial analysis or government contracting experience.
- Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
Preferred
- Experience with contract or project financials.
- Experience with GovCon, DCAA finance, or federal contract financial management.
- Interest in space, innovation, or mission-driven work.
- Familiarity with financial software, reporting tools, or business systems.
- Experience working with program managers or technical teams.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
