Responsibilities
- Operate molding/production machinery safely and efficiently
- Prepare materials, load molds/fixtures, and remove finished parts
- Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality standards
- Stay in cycle and meet 95% of the standard production rate
- Complete job cards accurately and label finished product
- Move scrap or suspect parts to designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Basic math skills for production documentation
- Ability to read instructions and perform visual inspections
- Able to move between workstations and climb stairs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Shift schedules:
- 1st shift: 6 am-2 pm
- 2nd shift: 2 pm-10 pm
- 3rd shift: 10 pm–6 am

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
