We are looking for an Experienced Dental Front Desk Lead for our private 2 doctor dental practice. While this person will be helping to run the Front Desk they will also be the go to person with Doctors and Staff. Applicants should have/demonstrate
- professionalism and be willing and able to provide personalized customer service
- confidence and strong communication skills in a FFS environment
- skills to coordinate the schedule and to present treatment plans
- knowledge to handle and discuss financials and insurance matters
- strong phone skills
- willingness to be cross trained in all aspects of the front office
