Overview
The Juice House is seeking a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive, energetic work environment.
As Store Manager, you will set the standard for quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality while helping to develop a strong team culture. We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and is passionate about healthy food and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the shop to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Train and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle cash, process transactions accurately, balance registers, and oversee daily cash procedures.
- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Monitor inventory, restock products, and communicate ordering needs to ownership.
- Support the owners in achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused environment preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and composed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role preparing food and beverages while leading a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with cash handling and daily operational responsibilities.
- Passion for healthy food, excellent customer service, and building a positive team culture.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
