Duties
- Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and updating medical records accurately within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Assist with clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and basic life support to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Support physicians during examinations and procedures in various specialties including dermatology, internal medicine, or hospital settings.
- Manage medical documentation meticulously, including ICD coding, medical records management, and detailed note-taking to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Conduct patient education on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance strategies while demonstrating excellent patient service skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized medical office environment, manage appointment scheduling, and handle administrative duties related to medical office management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate inpatient or outpatient care, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
